1. Shipping Cost

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 USD
Applicability: This rate applies to all orders within the United States.
Vape Policy: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase vape products. All vape sales are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Delivery Timeline (Handling & Transit)

Our total estimated delivery time is 6 – 9 business days. This is calculated as follows:

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PST) Pacific Standard Time.
Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Processed Monday – Sunday).
Transit Time: 5 – 7 business days via UPS Ground (Monday – Sunday).

Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Destinations & Methods

Locations: We ship exclusively within the United States.
Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
P.O. Boxes: Please ensure your address is eligible for UPS delivery, as UPS Ground typically cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
