Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • What are the shipping costs? We charge a consistent flat rate of $9.95 USD for all orders.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? The total estimated delivery time is 6 – 9 business days. This includes a handling time of 1 – 2 business days (Mon–Sun) and a transit time of 5 – 7 business days (Mon–Sun).

  • Is there an order cutoff time? Yes, orders are processed based on a cutoff time of 2:00 PM (PST) Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping? Currently, we provide UPS Ground as our primary delivery method to ensure reliable service for all customers.

Orders & Returns

  • What should I do if my package arrives damaged? Please contact us at sales@lasalsamarket.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage so we can prioritize your replacement or refund.

  • Can I change my shipping address after an order is placed? Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we may be unable to redirect it.

  • What is your policy on perishable items? For perishable products, please ensure someone is available to receive the package. La Salsa Market is committed to freshness, but we are not responsible for spoilage due to incorrect addresses or if the package is left unattended for an extended period.
